Randy Tay is one of the handfuls of authorities on the Cho Ga lineage of Wing Chun in the world. He first studied Wing Chun from Randy Williams' lineage in 1989. He then met Grandmaster Ku Choi Wah in 1992 and after 2 years, he officially learned under him and began the Cho Ga system. In 1999, Randy Sifu, permitted by Grandmaster Ku to pass on the traditions and recognized by elders in the Kung Fu community, has actively promoted Wing Chun in Singapore where he founded Wing Chun Zone. He has since moved on with the founding of Kuen-Do and subsequently relocated to the USA where he established the International Kuen-Do Headquarters. Randy Sifu has since become the first and probably only Singaporean to hold seminars in New York and New Jersey, and was also invited to judge at the prestigious WONG FEI HUNG ALL SYLE KUNG FU CHAMPIONSHIP held at Teaneck, New Jersey in 2003. He is still researching and refining his own martial art while teaching it at the famous Pure Energy Martial Arts Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Prior to Wing Chun, Randy Sifu has trained in Tam Tui (Tam’s Family Kicks), Kyokushinkai Karate (shodan) and Muay Thai in Pattaya, Thailand in the renowned Sid Yod Thong Boxing Camp. Through his position in the Wing Chun family and his students from various disciplines, Randy also has the opportunity to have direct contact with other styles like Aikido, Hapkido, Brazilian Jujitsu and Kali. He is also currently active in Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu under the instruction of Rodrigo Kong Sensei. Another illustrious master whom Randy Sifu has become a student of recently is Robert Chu Sifu based in California.

With only a knowledge of basic Taekwondo, Andy was introduced to Randy through a mutual friend in mid 1997. Upon a request to demonstrate some Wing Chun, Randy Sifu obliged and explained the philosophies and principles behind the art. Andy was fascinated by it and has been training under Randy Sifu ever since. One of the students from the "Good Old Days", Andy has been with the group from its initial inauguration to its new beginning as Kuen-Do. Proving himself both in the teaching environment and "in the ring", Andy is appointed as the Chief Instructor of Singapore and is also one of the 2 person authorised by Randy Sifu to teach Kuen-Do officially in Singapore.

The other half of the dynamic duo, Gaynor has his foundation in Goju-ryu karate. Already a country representative in the art and discontented with the sudden change of emphasis on sports and "point sparring", Gaynor seeked to broaden his horizon and attended a class of Randy Sifu at the Substation through an introduction by a friend. Blown away by the new experiences in subsequent classes, Gaynor trained intensively and applied his new-found knowledge in his tournaments. Fascinated by the incredible results, Gaynor became a convert and has been a frequent recipient through private sessions and training partner of Randy Sifu. One of the the very few who understood the philosophy of Kuen-Do, Gaynor quickly rose in rank and today, became one of the 2 who is authorised to represent Sifu Randy in Singapore.

Tony Seepish is from Vancouver, Canada. He has more than nine years experience (as of 2000) in a variety of martial arts, including Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Kali/Eskrima/Silat, Brazilian Jujitsu and American Kenpo, having trained with some of the most reknowned masters. He has a keen interest in any kind of weapons training. Tony met Randy Sifu at the Substation who showed him the fundamentals of Wing Chun, while explaining that true liberalisation can only be achieved with a solid foundation. Convinced that Wing Chun is the contributing factor, he trained with Randy Sifu full time. Due to his wandering nature, Tony has subquently became the only person authorised by Randy Sifu to represent him in any country. He is currently residing in Tokyo, Japan.
