One of the 13 hands, Peck Sau incorporates both the attacking and defending elements of Kuen-Do. Flowing in rapid succession between diversion (Tan Sau), Strikes (Peck Sau), Pressing Hands (Gum Sau); Barricading Hand (Lan Sau) with an option for Pulling Hand (Lup Sau) and Lateral Elbow Strike (Wang Jang).

This technique is to be combined with the following stances from the Ng Loon Ma (5 Interchangeable Stances) to reach its maximum effectiveness:
Jor Ma / Jee Ng Ma (Pivoting Stance)
Jeen Ma (Arrow Stance)
Syeung Ma (Alternate Advance Stance)

1. Both standing in a ready stance, Ken and Andy prepares to square off.

2. Ken redirects Andy's punch with a Tan Sau and strikes Andy's throat simultaneously with Peck Sau. (Note Ken's forearm pressing on Andy's defensive hand to trap his movements.)

3. Ken follows up the first strike by trapping both Andy's hands with his earlier attacking hand, crossing the bridge with the other, and struck Andy's throat again.

4. Ken finishes his moves by flowing into Lup Sau (pulling hand) while simultaneous striking Andy's face with his elbow. (Note Ken's Lup Sau pulling Andy's face to his elbow.)
